You are purchasing one new European reproduction rear fender bracket for VL and 45" solo models for certain.  This also appears to be the same as used on 1926-1934 singles but please double check your own reference sources.  This is an exact replica made by the very best reproduction fender craftsman in the world.  It is formed correctly and appears just like an OEM part. Yes, we know these are expensive, this is what happens with tariffs.  

The fender should have a matching reinforcement plate under the fender to help secure the rivets.  If yours is missing, you will need to fabricate one or find some large fender type washers of the correct thickness to secure it. Comes with two rivets.

We also stock the lower rear fender bracket for 45" models.

These are really nice reproductions.  Keep in mind there are probably little detail items a judge may pick apart if you are having your bike AMCA judged.
