You are purchasing a new excellent European reproduction of the 1947-1973 style tank shift hand shifter lever and a reproduction of the Daka-Ware style shifter knob (it is not stamped Daka-Ware) as used on 45" solo, and Servicar models with left hand shift.  This was also used on big twin Knucklehead, UL, and Panhead models through 1965.  This is manufactured from correct spring steel as the original ones were and it is Parkerized, the ball mount is brazed, not welded in place.  This fits the tank contour for 1947 and up models.  You can use an earlier shift lever on these years but it does not fit the tank contour correctly.  


You get the following:
  • 33681-47 (early OEM 2204-47C) shift lever
  • 33745-31 (early OEM 2205-31) shift lever knob
We also carry highly detailed restoration correct shift linkages, shift rod ends, shift rod hardware, shift pivot bolt and bushing kits for this shifter and any plain head, CP-1035, and CP-1038 hardware you will need to restore your bike or keep it on the road.  Be sure to check our fuel and oil line kits, wiring harnesses, and other electrical products for 1915-1984 Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
