You are purchasing one NOS-OEM generator decorative cover spring for 6 and 12 volt two brush generators as used from 1958-81 on Harley-Davidson big twin models including Panhead and Shovelhead through 1969 and Sportster models through 1981. It's possible this fits the 65B generator from '82 to '84 but do your own research before purchasing.. These parts were used on OEM Model 58, Model 61, Model 65, and Model 65A generators as manufactured by Harley-Davidson and Cycle Electric. I do believe this will also fit aftermarket H-D two brush generators.
