You are purchasing a Harley-Davidson set of 1949-1952 springer speedster handlebars that were modified for competition. They have been cut and re-welded to lower the bar position. They also welded shut the hole where the headlamp dimmer and horn wires exited the bars on a stock model. It appears to have been heli-arc welded (TIG) and looks to be a good weld job. Bar to bar reach is 30", I can't seem to quantify how much they dropped the bar position. The original center section was painted the outer bars were chrome and it's peeling. Still has the right side throttle plunger as well as cloth covered cable with piano wire. There's no plunger on the left side, but they left a sleeve in place to mount a standard grip. It did come with an old Beck grip I will ship with the bars. I had thought about blasting and painting them but figured I would leave that to the next owner.
