You are purchasing one European Reproduction front fender brace set with the upper reinforcement plate. This comes out of one of the two best shops in Europe that makes reproduction fenders. The edges are rounded on the strap material, the clips are made as original, it's riveted together with correct 0308 solid round head rivets.
The manufacturer specifies these braces are for open valance military fenders (no side skirts) 1940 and up. I am not aware of what differences there are between these and the ones used on fenders with side valances.
