You are purchasing one USA-made cadmium throttle lever for Linkert M-series carburetors used on 1949-1965 Panheads. This is the -49A version with two wire block holes. This change may have happened in 1950 so whether it's "correct" for a 1949 or not, check your own sources. Real cad plating not zinc or zicad.
