1936 4735-36 Harley EL Premium Wiring Kit Correct Looped & Tinned Terminals Cotton Woven Loom

You will not find a more accurate pre-war wiring kit than this one anywhere.

You are purchasing one new reproduction 1936 E, EL premium wiring kit.  This kit uses correct lacquered cotton-woven color-coded wires, cotton-woven looms where appropriate and asphalt looms where appropriate.  Wire ends are twisted and tinned as original.  It also includes the one year only timer wire with a looped and tinned end and the timer terminal post is soldered in place. 

The headlamp power wire comes with the correct metal barrel and screw connector to connect the dimmer power wire with the dash wire behind the horn in an asphalt conduit as original.  

This kit assumes you have an original 1936 only dash base which has two pass through holes either side of the ignition switch and through the fore-peak of the dash.

Includes the timer base stud hardware, longer 8-32 filister head screws for your coil, longer 8-32 round head screws for your relay as the tinned terminals may take more space than the later flag type terminals. 

Tail and both stop lamp wires are included in the kit as well as a panel wire and front fender lamp wire.  

Bar wires are finished with looped ends.  You will need to fish your wires up from the bottom of the bar to the dimmer and horn switch holes.  Finished headlamp and horn wires are 26 1/2" plus to account for speedster and buckhorn bars.
