You are purchasing an NOS-OEM Panhead valve cover D-ring kit with the thick aluminum 12 hole D-Rings used either late 1955 or 1956-1965 through the end of Panhead production.  These kits included the D-rings, 24 cover screws, and two gaskets. 

Perfect unused condition, aluminum is pristine, the screws are perfect as well as the finish on them.  Gaskets are toast.  There's 1970 Milwaukee newsprint used in the packing.
