Harley 4703-36 Knucklehead Dimmer & Horn Handlebar Wires Correct Terminals 39-45

You are purchasing one new USA Made dimmer and horn wire kit for 1939-1945 Harley-Davidson civilian Knucklehead models.  This is our "premium" kit.  It has correct tinned copper fold-over flag terminals as well as correct twisted and sweated open wire ends on the headlamp terminals.  

Finished length of the black/red and red/yellow headlamp wires is 26 1/2", horn black wire is 28", and red/black headlamp power wire is 24".  This allows for enough length for buckhorn or speedster bars.  We also sell this kit with correct terminals for 1936-1938 and 1946-1947, 1948-1957 ('48 big twin and 45 models through 1957).

Each harness is made one at a time by hand in our shop in Cimarron, New Mexico.

Wires are single traced or non-traced as original, wire colors are accurate as are the wire terminal ends.  Handlebar dimmer and horn wires have ends already tinned, you will fish the wires through the bar from the bottom.  You will find it easier without your timer cable installed.  You will have to solder the bar wires into your dimmer and horn switches.  

This harness is for the discerning restorer, please look at the photos carefully.  Copper fold over flag terminals are correct from 1939-1945.  The harness can be used on 1936 to 1948 models, but would only be "detail-correct" for 1939-1945 due to the flag terminals.
