You are purchasing one European made reproduction of the luggage rack or carrier for 45" solo WLA and WLC WWII Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The steel is the same thickness as original, rivets are spot on, this is an excellent reproduction. This is in red primer for corrosion protection I have no idea the quality of the primer, if you can go directly to paint over it.
