You are purchasing one new USA Made wiring harness kit for 1947 Harley-Davidson, 45" WL models and is the base harness for Servicar models. We do offer correctly measured and cut tail lamp harness kits too. This is our "premium" kit. It has correct open-barrel flag terminals as well as correct twisted and sweated open wire ends on the headlamp terminals and stop lamp switch terminals as well as a soldered on oil pressure cap or cup terminal.
No one else has this correct of a flag terminal for 1946 and 1947 originals are shown in photos 6 & 7. The fork, coil/battery, and generator relay harnesses are encased in woven cotton loom material, wires are single traced or solid, and tail lamp wires are the correct red/white and black/white wires for 1947. We also include all of your dash wiring with our premium kits. The dash to coil/battery wires are cut to the correct length as these were different on 45 models, as well as the generator to relay wire.
Do note this kit also includes all of your dash base wires and speedo lamp wire for the lamp sockets, these are not included in any other kits on the market. To finish your installation, you will need to be able to solder in button lamp contact terminals in your tail & stop lamp, as well as your dash base. Your horn and dimmer wire ends are already tinned in place so you will fish your bar wires up from the bottom of the bar to the switch holes. You will need to sweat out your old dimmer and horn button wires and solder these in.
This is available for UL and WL models as well. We offer premium kits for 1929-1955 with cotton woven looms, correctly-finished terminal ends for each era. All are made by hand one at a time in our own shop.
