You are purchasing one USA-made parkerized front muffler pipe clamp kit for 1941 to 1973 45" solo and Servicar models including G, GE, WL, WLA, WLC, and WLD. Stamping and parkerizing detail is restoration correct on the clamp. This clamp was introduced in 1950, but any of the reproduction exhaust kits don't typically include a front muffler clamp even for the earlier models.
Bolt and nut are machined identical to H-D's process they used from the 1920's to 1950's, nut is machined with the flat land on it. Hardware is spot-on for the originals. Bolt is plain head machined and is the only style of bolt we have available for this. I have no idea if this was available as either a CP-1035 or CP-1038 bolt at any point during the original production years.
We offer each clamp individually with mounting hardware and offer this entire kit with either plain head or CP-1038 marked hardware.
Comes with the following parts by OEM number:
- 1037-50 (New# 65275-50) Front muffler pipe clamp
- 074 (New# 4289) 5/16”-24 x 1 13/16” bolt, qty. 1
- 0261 (New# 7045) 3/8" split lock washer, qty. 1
- 0127 (New# 7793) 3/8"-24 x 21/64" x 9/16", qty. 1
Please double-check your reference material to make sure this is to be used with your model year and exhaust type as there were so many different variations over the years.
We have other variations on 1930-1984 exhaust clamp kits with correct hardware on other listings in our store. If you don’t see what you are looking for, just ask.
Used on:
- 1941-1952 W, WL, WLA, WLC, WLD 45" solo models
PLEASE NOTE: When it's practical, I will gladly combine all your purchases into one shipment for a discounted rate.
A note on shipping:
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing. We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers. Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.
Insurance is included in the quoted shipping on international orders.
We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings. If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping. We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items. Thank you!
