You are purchasing a parkerized USA-made tool box mount kit with keys for 1935 through 1954 Harley-Davidson twin solo models including VL, RL, Knucklehead, UL, WL, & Panhead.  Includes all hardware shown.  Catalog page is just to show proper placement of the hardware, it does not come with this kit.  We also offer this kit in a cadmium finish as well as later and earlier tool box mounting kits.
