You are purchasing one European-made reproduction VL steering damper lever or handle for all 1930-1936 VL, RL, and 1930-1934 C Single models. This was used to slow down the steering action on the bumpy old roads of the day. This will fit either stock OEM or reproduction dampers. We sell other VL damper parts as well as the very hard to find dampers for 1936-1940 big twin models and NOS rods for 1937-1940 WL models.
This is a very nicely fabricated and plated piece and will bolt right on in place of your missing original damper handle. Comparing to the handle on my original 1935 VLD, this is spot on for the original, without all the wear of course!
