You are purchasing a plain head lower motor mount kit for 1930-1936 VL big twin flathead models. The bottom mount bolts, according to information I have, suggests these are also used on 1926 to 1934 A, B, & C single models as well as 1929-1936 RL, DL, and Servicar models. They will also fit 1937-1973 45" solo and Servicar. These are parkerized and have a plain machined head which makes them "correct" for roughly 1942 and earlier as H-D started using CP-1035 stamped bolts from Chandler Products during WWII. The parkerized finish would be "correct" up through the end of Servicar production in 1973, I believe.
I have these available as complete bottom and top mount kits in plain head or CP-1035 or just the top mount kit if that is all you need. Please see the "Vintage Hardware Pre-1980" section of my eBay store for different motor mount options as well as other CP-1038 and CP-1035 hardware kits. I also have motor mount kits for U, UL, ULH and big twin from 1936 to 1979.
There seems to be some misinformation on CP bolts and "reproductions". Chandler Products has always been willing to produce these bolts with large minimum quantity orders. There's either early production or current production. They changed head dies as they wore out and had multiple dies. Top mount bolt and all nuts are USA made using the same process Harley used when they operated their own screw and nut equipment with the flat lands on them. Spacers and washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day. Parkerizing is same finish as how these came from the factory in the 1950's. I've also got other hardware kits listed in my store under "pre 1980's hardware" including a CP-1038 gas tank and oil tank mounting kit which would go great with this.

A note on shipping:
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
