You are purchasing a USA made reproduction luggage rack mounting hardware kit for your 1930 to 1953 Harley-Davidson big twin VL Knucklehead, UL, and Panhead. This is used to mount the 2818-17 style luggage carrier or rack. Bolts and nuts are machine cut identical to how Harley-Davidson cut these in their screw shop back in the day. Nuts are machined identical as well and split lock washers are identical to original spec. All parts are parkerized.
The bolts replace your rear fender clip bolts when the luggage rack is used.
Used on the following:
- 1930-1936 VL, VLD, VLH 74” & 80” side valve or flathead
- 1936-1947 E, EL, F, FL, ELA, ELC 61” & 74” Knucklehead civilian and military
- 1937-1948 U, UL, UH, ULH, UA 74” & 80” big twin flathead or side valve
- 1948-1953 EL & FL 61” & 74” Panhead

- 0136 7/16-20 N.F. x 15/64” x 3/4” Hex Nut x 2 ea.
- 0265 7/16” split lock washer x 2 ea.
- 0230 7/16" x 15/16" x 1/8” plain steel washer x 2 ea.
- 051 1/4-24 N.S. x 7/16” round head screw x 3 ea.
- 0265 1/4” split lock washer x 3 ea.
- 0108 1/4-24 N.S. x 5/32" x 7/16” hex nut x 3 ea.
