You are buying a VL battery box mounting kit which is detail-correct for 1930 to 1936. Includes all pieces shown. Please consult your own parts or service manual for proper reference.
Battery Box:
069 bolts have the correct domed machine head on them, the tips are drilled as they are the same bolt used on the leg shields from 1930 onward. Lock washers are not referenced in the original parts books I own, so you can omit if you like but it's never a good idea to run without lock washers. The only thing we do not have for the battery box at this time are the 4417-30 battery upper bolt lock plate. You can secure the 069 bolts with some 1/4" wide hex nuts.
We do have the same kit along with a rear fender mounting kit on another listing and we sell the battery box kits by themselves. We also stock a DL & RL rear fender mounting kit. We also have a large stock of VL and RL parts including saddles, other hardware, fuel and oil lines, brake and throttle cables, bearings, engine and trans parts, clutch parts, etc. If you don't see them in our store, or cimarroncycleworks just ask.
All USA made parts.

A note on shipping:
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
