You are purchasing a four speed transmission mounting kit used on 1936 to 1964 big twin Harleys.  As the bolt heads are a mix of CP-1038, CP-1035, and plain head bolts.  To my knowledge, a few of the common bolts were shifted over to Chandler Products and would have carried the CP-1035 and/or CP-1038 hallmark on the bolt head during and after WWII.  However, it’s not real easy to see the bolt heads when they are mounted, so it’s probably a moot point on the bolt head markings on later bikes unless you are going for a Winner’s Circle restoration where you might find a judge who is a real stickler for every last detail and who might look for that minor of a flaw.

The Parkerizing is perfect on these.  Buy with confidence, we are antique Harley enthusiasts, not a 100,000 item catalog emporium for various brands of motorcycles and car parts that we have no clue how they are used on your bike.
