You are purchasing two USA made machined head 1/4”-24 x 3/4” bolts and 1/4” split lock washers used to hold down the timer, circuit breaker, or as some people still called it- a distributor. This is for Knucklehead and Panhead OHV engines from 1936 to 1964. May only be “correct” for 49-64 based on a change in part number and description in later parts catalogs.
In 1949 and later parts catalogs I have it shows the timer bolt was 3779 which was a 1/4”-24 x 3/4” long bolt. This one is also illustrated as having a flat, rather than domed head. I do have those bolts on a different listing if those are the ones you feel you need.
Early parts book show the timer hold down bolts as OEM # 1123-29 (#3754 late part#) which was 1/4”-24 x 5/8” domed head. That bolt is shown for comparison in the third photo above. That bolt was also used on the 2nd gear retainer bracket on 45 solo and Servicar models.
I’ve researched the issue and it does not seem to be addressed in Bruce Palmer’s work so please do your research and satisfy yourself as to which bolt you need, I have them both listed.
There seems to be some misinformation on CP bolts and "reproductions". Chandler Products has always been willing to produce these bolts with large minimum quantity orders. There's either early production or current production. They changed head dies as they wore out and had multiple dies. All nuts are USA made using the same process Harley used when they operated their own screw and nut equipment with the flat lands on them. Spacers and washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day. Parkerizing is same finish as how these came from the factory in the 1950's. I've also got other hardware kits listed in my store under "pre 1980's hardware" including all sorts of pre-sorted kits containing CP-1035 and CP-1038 bolts and other unique vintage H-D fasteners to meet your restoration needs.
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!

We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings.
