You are purchasing one European-made reproduction saddlebag set (you get a right and left bag) for 1936-1957 Harley-Davidson rigid frame models. I believe this style was technically correct for 1940-1942 models but will fit on any full skirt rear fender for rigid models from 1934-1957 including VL, Knucklehead, RL, WL, UL, and Panhead.
These are stamped with the Harley-Davidson winged logo just like originals. There's a minor flaw on the lid of one bag that can be dobbed with a tiny amount of leather dye. This is literally about 1mm or less. Do note, there may be other small flaws just as originals would have had from the factory. This is the exact pair you are buying. Last photo is only to show hole spacing which is 3 1/8" from end to center holes. Center holes are 3 5/8" apart.

- 1937-1948 U, UL, ULH, UH 74' & 80" flathead
- 1948-1957 EL, FL, FLH 61" & 74" OHV Panhead
