You are purchasing one gently used or reconditioned Model 34 front wheel siren, comes with what is shown in the photos.  This is a super clean siren that saw very little service.  This is super clean inside.  The roller tapers in the middle, I considered this may have been wear, but every other roller I've seen that's had heavy use had teeth that were wearing down to the core.  The tooth depth is consistent throughout.  The siren rolls very smooth and the bearing appears to be in great condition.  No slop, nothing amiss mechanically.  This is a fairly hard to find siren.

On the model number I cannot accurately make out if it's a 34F or 34P.  The base is for certain one I associate with Harleys and it does have HD 133 stamped or embossed in the mount casting.

Note that this could be used on any number of models throughout Harley production.  I've read in some places this is for 1931-1939 and others 1921-1952.  I had purchased this for my USAF WLA MP bike but found that the mounting cut out and holes were for a later model siren.

The cover or projector has some dings throughout as seen in the photos.
