You are purchasing a cast aluminum plate to be used as fin material for welded fin repair on aluminum heads for Harley-Davidson WL, UL, Panhead, and Shovelhead models. Plate is 4 1/4" wide by 7 5/16", thinnest part near the edge is .151" and at the thickest is .308. It is flat on one side and convex on the other. This arrangement gives you plenty of material to work with for welding and grinding. Made from the same alloy as used in the originals. This is a nice piece to have so you no longer have to sacrifice a set of heads as a "fin donor".
Note: this material is for use in repairs that require aluminum welding.
