You are buying a complete front brake switch kit for 1948-1972 Harley Davidson Panhead, Shovelhead, WL, and Servicar models. Includes reproduction 45002-69 front brake lever and 72001-69B front brake switch.
The lever is machined to accept the threaded switch. The brake perch includes mounting hardware, there's also a hole drilled to accept the rear view mirror stem, just as original. Comes with enough wire to go from the front fork to rear terminal box with a bullet junction in the middle you make under your dash cover. This can be used on 1948 models as well as 1948-1957 45" springer models if you have a spare terminal post on your horn/headlamp mount.

This is really designed to work with 1949 and up twin models with cable pull type front brakes, a front terminal board, and a rear seat post terminal box. Can be used on 1948 models if you have two open accessory posts available. Could be adapted to 1947 and earlier models by running a pair of longer wires from the rear brake switch to the front brake switch wires. If you wish to do that, I can calculate out the correct length wires. There would be an up-charge on the wiring for that.
