You are purchasing one USA-made reproduction front hand brake and clutch lever cable bushing, cotter key, and washer for 1949-1964 Harley-Davidson Twin and Single models. Replaces H-D OEM# 45033-49 bushing.
Overall length of the bushing is 15/16”, will insert to 7/8” through your lever.
Used as the cable end bushing all USA made H-D production models for these years and including the clutch lever for 45” solo WL, WLA, and WLC models equipped with hand clutch controls for 1949 to 1952 45” twins as well as the 125cc, 165cc, and 175cc singles. This is machined identical to the original and the cad plating is perfect. This is the longer of the two versions H-D produced and is compatible with either the 1941-1948 or 1949-1964 brake and clutch controls though you will have a lot of extra material extending beyond your lever if you use the longer ones with an earlier lever. We do sell the shorter version for 1941-1948 on another listing in our store.
If you are unsure which you need, send us the cross measurement (depth) of you lever. The last photo with the bushings is to only show the comparative depth difference in the bushings, you only get one bushing nor do you get a ruler with your purchase. The earlier bushing we sell on the other listing has an overall length of 13/16” and inserts 3/4"
