You are purchasing a nice reproduction of the 1965-only zinc exhaust header clamps or port clamps.  In 1965, H-D changed the design of their clamp with the two barrels spot welded in loops on the clamp to more reliably draw the clamp together.  This has hex bolts and barrels which are as original.  This detail has been missing for 1965 Electra restorers for a very, very long time.
