You are purchasing a complete rear fender hardware mounting kit to mount the hinged rear fender to the rear struts on 1959 to 1962 FL and FLH Panhead Duo-Glide models.  This can be used on 1958 models but would not be considered correct as every piece of information I can find seems to point to the ’58 using straight slot screws rather than Philips.

I do also carry a kit for 1958-only Duo-Glides with these screws in a straight slot and a 1963-1978 Kit which deletes two of the screws for the CP-1038 countersunk hex head bolt OEM# 4018W.
