You are purchasing one new USA Made restoration-correct premium wiring harness kit for 1949-1953 Harley-Davidson Panhead Hydra-Glide which includes basically all the wires you need to wire up your early Hydra-Glide.
This harness has cotton-woven looms, all Harleys through 1955 used a woven on or machine-applied loom. Wire ring terminals and crimps are identical to those used from 1948-1954 or 1955. Flag terminals are exact center barrel type and are very difficult to source. Shrink vinyl is the glossy vinylite type material as original on all exposed terminals including the white shrink on the timer to coil wire. Timer to coil wire is correct 14 gauge material for correct resistance wire is also marked correctly with double tracers. Terminals are left un-insulated where the factory left them un-insulated and insulated where the factory insulated them. We use a USA made reproduction oil switch cap terminal. Comes with a detailed eight page instruction manual which includes wiring routing instructions.

This harness requires some soldering skills as you will need to de-solder your dimmer and horn switches and solder in new wires. Kit includes handlebar horn and dimmer wires for single wire horn button, tail and stop lamp harness with contacts already soldered on, dash to front terminal plate, dash to rear terminal board, coil to timer, battery positive and negative, oil pressure, stop lamp, generator to dash and relay, and includes wires for your dash generator and oil pressure lamps with contacts already soldered in place..
I build every wiring harness by hand, one at a time in my wiring studio at our shop in beautiful Cimarron, New Mexico, USA. I take great pride in my work.
