You are bidding on one set of Flanders handlebars that appear to have been adapted to an OEM Harley-Davidson offset springer center forging.  I did have one person mention they thought Jack Tracey used to make bars like this.  Note the Flanders decal in photo 2.  These are very straight, the chrome on the bars is old with surface rust here and there.  The center forging looks to have rattle can silver on it.  

These were either for a road custom or competition.  To me, they look like hill climber or TT bars.  

Overall width is 30.5", rise is approximately 10", bars are right at 1", the throttle area steps down to .930".  This is set up for external throttle and no spark advance.  Feel free to ask questions, I'm more than happy to help.  

These will fit the following when equipped with an offset spring fork:
  • Late 1946-1947 EL, FL Knucklehead
  • Late 1946-1948 UL
  • 1948 EL FL Panhead
