You are purchasing one NOS-OEM exhaust muffler clamp for 1970 to, we believe, 1978 Sportster models as our catalog goes to '78 and it shows 1970 and up in our book.  This is shown as being used with the siamese rear dual muffler in the parts catalog, though it may fit other mufflers.  Clamp is roughly 1 1/2" when measuring side to side and roughly 1 3/4" when measuring from the bolt to the lower arc.  

Appears to be made of stainless, bolt and barrels appear to be cad or zinc.  All finishes are original.
