You are purchasing one NOS OEM Model 49 siren kit, comes with what is shown in the photos.  This comes with the rear siren tie rod assembly, and the foot pedal and bracket   This is a rare find.  There are no dings in the cover, no signs of wear.  We will also provide the two CP-1038 mounting bracket bolts, nuts, and lock washers.  

The cover has some tarnish or discoloration which is not unusual for its age.  There's no signs of corrosion or of ever being exposed to moisture.  The siren rolls nice and smooth.  This is a beautiful piece of Harley-Davidson police history.  At this time, we are also offering an NOS 1961 police special speedometer.

This is for rigid frame models only. Comes with all pieces shown, does not come with any factory packaging.
