You are purchasing one reproduction of the Linkert or Schebler "bean pot" float bowl as used on racing carburetors back in the day like the Linkert MR-3 and MR-4 and Schebler variants.  It's a very good performance upgrade for a performance bike, giving the rider additional fuel capacity under hard loading.

This is the complete bowl assembly with the correct long-reach float lever, nitrophyl "rubber ducky" float, bowl cap, lever bushings & pin, metal tipped needle and seat.  There is a relief machined into the side of the bowl as original to clear the lower throttle shaft casting on the carb body.  

We will be starting to sell quite a bit of OEM, NOS, and very good reproduction Linkert M-Series parts in the near future.  If you don't see what you need here or cimarroncycleworks, just email and ask.
