Sticky back type leg shield decal or emblem used on 1930-1977 leg shield equipped Knucklehead, Panhead, Shovelhead, VL, RL, WL, WLA, WLC, and UL ULH models. Generally-speaking, the metal leg shields were used from 1930 through 1977 on big twin and 45 models except for FX models. I'm not entirely certain what all years the warning decal appears on but I've seen them on late Servicars and as early as WW-II models. Please do your research to see if this decal is appropriate for your bike.
To my knowledge, metal leg shields were used on the following models:
- 1930-1936 V, VL, VLH, VLD, VLE 74" & 80" big twin flathead
- 1930-1936 D, DL, DLD, R, RL, RLD, RLE 45" solo & Servicar
- 1932-1973 R, G, GD, GDT, GE 45" Servicar
- 1936-1947 EL, FL, ELC, ELA, ELS, E, F 61" & 74" OHV Knucklehead
- 1937-1948 U, UL, ULH, UH, UA, ULA, USA, etc. 74" & 80" big twin flathead
- 1937-1952 W, WL, WLD, WLA, WLC 45" solo
- 1948-1965 EL, FL, FLH 61" & 74" OHV Panhead
- 1966-1977 FL, FLH 74" OHV Shovelhead

Due to the way eBay does their seller regulations and fee structure, we must ship these domestically via a tracked service that's why the shipping appears high.
International buyers, please note: the $1.50 shipping rate is for a 1 oz. letter, your decal will be placed carefully between cardboard. If you prefer the security of a padded first class mailer, let us know and we can do that, but the cost is a good deal higher (about $14) total and we will need to bill you the difference for that.
A note on shipping:
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
