You are purchasing one European made throttle wire or cable connection for Linkert M-Series carburetors used on twin model Harley-Davidson Motorcycles from 1936 through 1965.  I am not sure if the same style connector was used on DC Series Linkerts, Tillotsen, or Bendix Carbs.  Please do you own research if you have any doubt about the fit.

Comes with throttle set screw, brass washers, and cotter key as pictured.

As this is cad plated, it generally would have been considered correct for the pre and post- WWII era when many hardware parts ended up being parkerized due to war-time shortages.
