You are buying a big twin rear fender brace bracket mounting kit for 1923 to 1940 rigid frame twin Harleys, includes Knucklehead, VL, JD, WL, RL, DL, and UL models. Includes all pieces shown. Please consult your own parts or service manual for proper reference. As the bolt heads are plain flat head machined, and not domed, this kit is correct for your 1923 to 1940 twin. Domed carriage bolts were used from 1941-1957. These bolts are machined identical to the process H-D used in their screw shop back in the 1920's to 1940’s.
We do have the same fastener kit available with dome head carriage bolts on another listing in our store as well as complete rear fender mount kits including correct 1936-1940 Knucklehead and UL and 45" solo.

- 2 ea. 0259, 5/16” split lock washer, 5/16” x 9/16”
