You are purchasing one USA-made reproduction front brake lever cable bushing, cotter key, and washer for 1941-1948 Harley-Davidson Twin and Single models.  Replaces H-D OEM# 4152-41 (late # 45033-41.

This bushing has an overall length of 13/16” including the head.  Insert depth of this is 3/4”.  If you have the later style lever you need the 45033-49 bushing we sell in our store with an OAL of 15/16” and insert depth of 7/8”.

Also used on the clutch lever for 45” solo WL, WLA, and WLC models equipped with hand clutch controls for 1941 to 1948 45” twins.  This is machined identical to the original and the cad plating is perfect.  This is the shorter of the two versions H-D produced and is NOT compatible with 1949-1964 brake and clutch controls.  We do sell the longer version for 1949-1964 on another listing in our store.  If you are unsure which you need, send us the cross measurement (depth) of you lever.  The last photo with the bushings is to only show the comparative depth difference in the bushings, you only get one bushing nor do you get a ruler with your purchase.

We also offer the largest selection of hard to find H-D restoration quality parkerized, cad, and nickel plated hardware on eBay.

A note on shipping:

Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates.  Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction.  In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc.  I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices.  If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges.  It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy.  I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating.  That’s the only way I can solve a problem.  I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!

Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing.  We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers.  Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.

Insurance is included in the quoted shipping on international orders.

We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings.  If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping.  We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items.  Thank you!
