You are purchasing one new USA Made dash base wiring kit for 1947 Harley-Davidson, Knucklehead, UL and WL models.
This kit includes all of your dash base wires and speedo lamp wire for the lamp sockets, these are not included in any other kits on the market other than our 1947 premium wiring kit. To finish your installation, you will need to be able to solder in button lamp contact terminals in your oil pressure and generator lamp sockets. Unique to the two light dash in 1947 was that the oil pressure switch wire went directly to the lamp socket. The oil pressure switch wire uses a unique cup or cap terminal, this is a USA made reproduction but the fit is slightly tighter than OEM ones so you will need to do a little fitting. OEM ones were still available from HD as of a year ago but they now appear to be obsolete. You also get the ignition wire as well as the two black wires which wire from one of the panel studs to the barrel terminals on the lamps.

We do sell complete wiring kits for your 1947 with pre-wired switches as well as a 1947-only Servicar kit and we make a "premium" version of those kits with correct open barrel type flag terminals and we sell an economy kit if those details are not as critical to you.
