You are purchasing one set of 40 new European made reproduction parkerized spokes for 18" drop center rims used on 1936 Knucklehead and 1937 and up WL rear wheels, and front and rear 18" drop center wheels on all big twins from 1937-1963 (18" was still optional at least as late as 1963 and will fit up to 1966, the last year of the star hub). You get 40 spokes and 40 nipples with this purchase, enough to lace up one wheel. Please check your reference material to make certain this is what you need.
Note on spoke nipples: The shank measures .2835, it's possible you may need to over-drill your rim. Please measure before hand and decide if this is something you want to do, it's not that difficult an operation.
We also stock this spoke in a cadmium finish as well as for 18" front wheels on DL, RL, WL, and early Servicar models and spokes for 1940 and up models with 16" drop center rims. We offer reproduction Kelsey-Hays 18" drop center wheels and star hubs, both the step type and later style hubs. The rims are available in bare steel, cad, or chrome, just email and ask about current availability.
Includes the following:
- 3943-36A (new # 43030-36) Parkerized spokes
- 3947-29 (new # 43099-29) Parkerized spoke nipples
We also sell fuel lines, oil lines, dash panels, etc. for 45, Knucklehead, UL, Panhead, K-Model, JD, VL, DL, RL, & Servicar. If it's for a 1915-1984 Harley, we either stock it or can get it in short order. If you don't see it there or cimarroncycleworks, just email us and ask.
