You are buying a USA Made big twin rear fender mounting kit which is 100% detail correct for 1936 to 1940 rigid frame Harleys, includes Knucklehead, and UL models. Includes all pieces shown. Please consult your own parts or service manual for proper reference.  As the bolt heads are plain head machined, and not cold-headed CP Chandler Products bolts, this kit is correct for your 1936 to 1942 or 1943 Knucklehead or UL.  What makes this 1936-1940- specific are the 3743-23 rear brace bolts.  Note they are not round head carriage bolts, they are machined flat top bolts which was correct for 1923-1940.  These bolts are machined identical to the process H-D used in their screw shop back in the 1930’s and 1940’s. 

Also note, unlike other kits being sold on eBay, these have the correct 9/16" bolt head 1 1/32"

 The point at which the change over to CP bolts happened is subject to debate, but it is known that H-D turned over the production of their common fasteners to other vendors during WWII and bolts were made by Chandler products.
