European-made neck cup or fork mounting kit which is a spot on replacement for Harley-Davidson 1936-48 big twin models including Knucklehead and big twin flathead U models.  This is an exact reproduction of the original parts and will give you a precision fit.  Includes everything you need to secure the fork including upper and lower neck cups, upper and lower bearing "cones", ball bearings, and upper cone lock nut.  Parkerized would have been a correct finish during war years but looks really great on a bobber or your daily rider.

We do sell black enameled and stainless cone nut lock plates in our store along with a lot of other springer fork parts for 1936-1948 big twins as well as parts for JD, singles, early and late 45's, as well as Servicars.

These are for 1" fork neck stems, the OD of the "stem" that presses into your frame neck (these are an interference fit, you should heat up the neck and freeze the cups for installation).

  • 2751-36 Neck cups, upper and lower, two (2) each
  • 2753-36 Upper head cone nut, threaded and machined as original, with dust ring one (1) each
  • 2755-38 Upper & lower head cone, one (2) each
  • 0282 5/16" ball bearings or head cup balls, thirty (34) each 
Fits the following models:
  • 1936-1948 E, EL, ELS, ELA, ELC, F, FL 61" & 74" OHV Knucklehead
  • 1937-1948 U, UL, UH, ULH, UA, US, etc. 74" & 80" big twin flathead 
  • 1948-1949 EL, FL 61" & 74" OHV Panhead (1949 is sidecar or package truck-equippped only with spring fork.  NOT used with Hydra-Glide forks)
