You are purchasing one reproduction early style kicker arm or starter crank as used originally on 1936-1940 big twin Knucklehead and UL models. This arm was articulated a bit more than the 1941 and up arm to clear the exhaust system. We do sell the 1941-1953 crank and a 1954 and up crank kit with a pedal on other listings in our store. If you do not see these in our store or cimarroncycleworks, just ask.
This can be used on all 1936-1953 model big twins as it has additional clearance for the muffler. We cannot guarantee fit with custom exhausts though!
