You are purchasing one USA-made reproduction band brake, brake rod, and shift clevis for Harley-Davidson models from 1934 to 1941 on Servicar, Knucklehead, and UL models.
This clevis was originally used on 1934-1936 Servicar models on the external brake band clevis.
This was later used on all 1937-1939 big twin models as the front rear brake rod clevis (used with the 2422-30A clevis at the opposite end) and on 1940 and 1941 Knucklehead only according to my 1941 parts book. This is a longer clevis than the 2422-30A and has a taper to it. (used on the forward rear brake rod).
And finally, this was used with right hand shift kits as the clevis which comes off the left bracket under the tank to actuate the shift rod from the cross over rod to the transmission on 1937-1948 big twin models.
