You are purchasing a parts, service, and restoration manual for Harley-Davidson Knucklehead models from 1936-1947.  The book is 440 pages and published by V-Twin with technical assistance from Dan Henke and Bruce Linsday, two names worthy of respect in the vintage Harley world.

This is an interesting book:  The first section takes you through the bike with the location of various clips, clamps and proper cable and wire routing, the second section revolves around the 1940-1947 service manual as well as the Shop Dopes relevant to Knucklehead models, the third part annotates the parts catalog with VT items as well as the late part number.  There's a copy of the parts cross reference from the old series of numbers to the new series, and a final section of various parts VT sells related to Knuckleheads.

I'm a believer that in order to own, maintain, and restore these bikes you need as many reference sources as possible.  If you only had room for one book in your library, this would be a good one to have.
