You are purchasing one big twin rear brake cross over shaft right side lever for 1937-1957 Harley-Davidson Knucklhead, UL, and Panhead models.  Original OEM part number is 42560-37 (new OEM number) or 4076-37 (old OEM number).  This is the lever used on the right side of the rear brake cross over shaft.  This is spot on for the originals and has the second hole for the side car brake rod.

We also sell the left cross shaft lever, the backing plate operaing lever, brake rods, clevises, and rear brake pedal kits as an entire kit or on separate listings.  Please email if you have trouble finding the listings.
