You are purchasing one parkerized USA-made inner primary or “inner chain guard” deluxe mounting kit for all 1955 to 1964 Panhead using sheetmetal stock style primaries (either OEM or “replica”) on rigid and swing arm stock style frames (either OEM or “replica”).  I’m not certain about its use on custom applications.  

This kit is spot on for the originals.  The parkerizing is perfect and the machining is identical to the original parts. 

We also sell primary gasket kits for pre-1955 and 1955 to 1964 model Knucklehead, UL and Panhead models.

We carry restoration-correct fuel and oil lines, CP-1038 cad plated and parkerized hardware filister head screws, wire loom clips, and many hard to find detail items for 1915-1984 H-D motorcycles.
