You are purchasing one generator strap for 1936-1957 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead and Panhead models.  Original OEM part number is 30025-36 (new OEM number) or 1528-36 (old OEM number).  This is spot on for the originals at some points during Knucklehead and Panhead production the strap was parkerized and at others it was black painted enamel over a Parkerized strap.

This can also be modified for use on 45, VL, and UL models by cutting a small crescent shape out of the strap near the hole end.  To my knowledge, that is the only difference between the strap for flatheads and OHV models.

This includes a paper shim, steel shim, special conical washer (30029-30 early# 1529-30 late#) the strap screw and lock washers.
