Spot-on American-made Parkerized head bolts for 1936 to 1939 EL and FL Knucklehead models. Correctly heat treated and machined just like the originals, these are a plain head bolt. Sometimes I get them with the tits on the head bolt as a result of the machining and other times I do not- just like it was from the H-D machine shop. Not all of their plain head bolts came out with a tit in the middle of the bolt head. This is the best reproduction available and will perform like an original since they have been machined and heat-treated using the same principles Harley did back in the day.

- 1936-1939 E, & EL, OHV 61” Knuckleheads
You get the following:
- 10 ea. 14-36 head bolts
- 10 ea. 15-36 7/16” flat washers
These are 7/16" x 16 x 2 1/4" bolts.
The fifth photo illustrates the difference between the '36 to '39 variety and the '40 to '47 variety. They did use the 2 9/16" bolt length all the way into Shovelhead production but changed to a 20 TPI thread pitch in 1948 with the advent of the Panhead. I do have those bolts, stamped CP-1038 available in my eBay store. Be sure to take a peek at all the other hardware I've got for Knuckleheads, flatheads, and Panheads.
