USA-Made fuel or gas tank top mounting hardware kit consisting of Parkerized hex head screws, & spring washers for 1937-1973 W, WL, WLA, WLC, and G Servicar models.  Bolts and spring washers are parkerized which would be correct for WWII era years or for a custom look.

Spring washers are formed as original and the bolts are 1/4”-28 bolts to replace stripped threads.  You will need to over-tap your screw bungs in the top of the frame with a 1/4"-28 tap prior to using.

We also sell these kits for earlier models using five and six tank top screws in cadmium and nickel finishes.

We also stock replacement top frame bungs in the original 7/32"-32 thread.

Again this kit is for oversize screws, not standard 7/32"-32.  We have those on other listings in Parkerized, nickel, and cadmium.

All pieces are USA made using the same process Harley used when they operated their own screw and nut equipment.  Screws, nuts, and washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day.  I've also got other hardware kits listed in my store under "pre 1980's hardware" for JD, VL, Single, and pre-1937 45 solo and Servicar.

We have oil lines, fuel lines, shift and clutch linkages, brake linkages, throttle and spark control coils, etc. for your JD, VL or early single.

We also offer many plain head, CP-1035 and CP-1038 bolts and bolt kits for later model restorations.  I do have some NOS plain head hardware I’m finally getting around to listing.

Used on the following:
  • 1937-1952 W, WL, WLD, WLA, WLC, WR, WRTT, 45" Solo (Parkerized is "detail correct" for WW-II years)
  • 1937-1973 G Servicar

PLEASE NOTE: When it's practical, I will gladly combine all your purchases into one shipment for a discounted rate.

A note on shipping:

Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates.  Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction.  In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc.  I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices.  If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges.  It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy.  I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating.  That’s the only way I can solve a problem.  I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!

Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing.  We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers.  Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.

We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings.  If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping.  We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items.  Thank you!
