Harley Gas Fuel Tank Mounting Kit Knucklehead UL 36-42 Plain Head Parkerized

Fuel or gas tank mounting hardware kit for the fatbob style gas tank used from 1936 to 1975 on big twin EL, UL, FL, and even early FX.  As the bolts are plain machine cut heads, they would be "correct" from roughly 1936 to 1942 or so, but will certainly work for any '36 to '75 big twin with fat bob tanks.

All pieces are USA made using the same process Harley used when they operated their own screw and nut equipment with the flat lands on them.  Spacers and washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day.  Parkerizing is same finish as how these came from the factory in the 1930's.  I've also got other hardware kits listed in my store under "pre 1980's hardware" including a plain head oil tank mounting kit which would go great with this.  We also offer many plain head, CP-1035 and CP-1038 bolts and bolt kits for later model restorations.  I do have some NOS plain head hardware I’m finally getting around to listing.

These will begin shipping on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 and are an item exclusive to blarneyrubble104 eBay store.

A note on shipping:

Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates.  Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction.  In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc.  I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices.  If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges.  It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy.  I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating.  That’s the only way I can solve a problem.  I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!

Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing.  We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers.  Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.
We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings.  If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping.  We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items.  Thank you!
