One pair of reproduction Eaton style gas caps for 1965 to 1972 Harley Davidson big twin models with split fat bob tanks. This is a high quality reproduction that is the correct height, weight, and the knurling is correct, it will look beautiful on your restoration. Also note that the non-vented cap is constructed as the original was. For years the non-vented reproduction was poorly made and was not a snug fit.
Do note, these caps fit tight. They will engage to roughly 1/4 to 1/3 turn but they won't back out when the bike is running. I've tested these on my '65 and '68 and they fit snug.
Please double check your tanks prior to ordering, many aftermarket tank sets use the 1936 and up style bungs with different bayonet depths from the right to left. From 1965 to 1972 and later, original H-D big twin tanks used a non-vented cap on the left and a vented cap on the right tank. You are purchasing one set with one non-vented cap and one vented cap.
