You are purchasing one USA-made reproduction deluxe "Cat Eye" dash base rebuild kit for 1938-1946 model Harley-Davidson Knucklehead, U, WL, and Servicar models with the 1938 only skull dash and '39-'46 cat eye dash.  This is everything but the ignition switch and speedo lamp switch (which we sell both on other listings).  This is all the lamp contacts, all terminal materials, rivets, tubular rivets, gaskets, and lamp sockets if you are starting with a bare dash.

We do sell complete dash bases as well as a complete dash base with an all correct wiring harness on other listings.
